PPA Cover
We know how busy primary school teachers and staff are, planning amazing, inspiring lessons for primary school children. We understand that it has become even more difficult to schedule teachers PPA time. Our PPA Cover not only provides fantastic PE lessons for your children but also ensures that teachers are given the time they need to during the school week to plan and prepare for their lessons.

All of our PE lessons are in line with the National Curriculum with our team of coaches who all have vast experience teaching a wide range of modules. It is this experience that allows us to adapt to your schools requirements to either continue the framework your school is currently following or introduce our very own PE Curriculum.
CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHERS
In order to achieve this, we follow a simple three step process with regular assessments and feedback provided at each step:

Coach Teach - Staff to observe, follow lesson plan and make notes

Team Teach - Both Staff and Coach deliver the lesson with your staff member taking a small group with the main focus being on the coaching points and delivery of the learning objectives.
Teacher Teach - Teacher to deliver the lesson whilst the coach assesses and provides support. All assessments and feedback is recorded and provided to staff to help them improve and provide evidence for your school as the progression your staff have made within their CPD programme.

Super Star Sport West London can assist your staff, TA's and NQT's to feel more confident in delivering and planning PE lessons from Early Years through to Year 6. Our Staff are experienced in delivering all areas of the National Curriculum surrounding PE from Dance & Gym through to Invasion Games.

We are able to design a bespoke programme for your staff, targeting areas of development for each individual staff member that requires support. As part of our CPD programme, your staff will receive support in; Planning lessons, How to set-up and prepare lessons, Techniques for effective demonstrations, How to acknowledge and implement Progressions and Regressions for pupils, all of which contributing towards a better understanding and knowledge of how to deliver effective PE lessons.
Heathrow Primary have now completed an 8 week CPD programme in both Dance and Gymnastics and the confidence and content that has been provided by Super Star Sport West London has been amazing and has enabled our teachers and teaching assistants to now be able to run these lessons independently following regular support and assessments. Alongside this, all of the supporting documents and assessment criteria is provided and followed which has made my life a lot easier for when our next OFSTED inspection is due. I would highly recommend these CPD programmes for your teachers if they are lacking the knowledge and confidence to deliver effective PE. Super Star Sport offer a large variety of sports, we chose Dance and Gymnastics as this was a particular area that we identified needed improving.

LUNCHTIME CLUBS
LUNCHTIME ACTIVITY CLUBS
Our fun-based activity lunch time clubs bring structure to your playground or sports field. Our passionate staff are able to organise and run highly engaging games, manage competitive matches and set daily challenges to promote teamwork and let your pupils refresh and recharge having fun during their lunch times.

We provide a wide range of activity and challenge cards to ensure that all of your children are able to take part and enjoy the fun! Exercise has been proven to improve focus, through active lunchtime clubs, it's been found pupils have higher levels of concentration and engagement in their afternoon lessons. It's a win-win!
Behaviour Management
It is no secret that most incidents and arguments throughout a school day tend to stem from either break times or lunchtimes. Our behaviour management lunchtime clubs ensure that these incidents are dealt with as they happen and don't continue into the classroom and effect lessons.

Through reinforcing your school's key values and structured games and activities, our coaches are able to reduce the number of incidents that happen on your playground before they even occur. We achieve this through setting clear rules and officiating each game and activity that is played on your playground.

We ensure a strong line of communication between our team of coaches and your team of teachers and SMSA's to ensure that everyone is aware of anything that has occurred on the playground so that it does not continue throughout the day.
PLAYLEADER AWARD
Our hugely popular Play Leader Award are a fantastic way to provide accountability and confidence to your KS2 pupils. Your pupils will have the opportunity to learn how to set up, deliver and run a variety of sports and games on the playground to their friends.

As well as this practical approach, pupils that take part in our Playground Leader programme will also be required to fill out daily worksheets to further improve their experience and knowledge. These worksheets include:

All worksheets are completed and provided to your school upon completion of the programme and certificates are provided to the children to show they have completed the Playleader programme.
EXTRA CURRICULAR CLUBS
MORNING MOVEMENT
Our Morning Movement programmes are a fantastic way for your school to introduce additional extracurricular clubs outside the usual After School Club timeslots to push towards achieving your Schools Games Mark.
Our aim is to not only to support your school reach its targets but to also further support your parents and children. Through our Morning Movement programmes, parents can drop off their children earlier to get into work and studies have shown that exercise in the morning can help improve performance and focus in the classroom.
We can offer these clubs either directly through the school or through our Parent Pay option, either options can be used to help generate the school additional revenue. To find out more about how these sessions can benefit your school, parents and children please give us a call.
Heathrow Primary have also introduced a variety of new and exciting After School Clubs through Super Star Sport including Crazy Golf and Archery that has been a huge success with the parents and children! If you are looking to introduce something new to your children, I would certainly recommend giving one of these clubs a try. They have also been able to run these clubs and activities at Lunchtime to provide additional support for SMSA’s and assist with these new staggered timings for lunchtimes.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB PROGRAMME
We are able to help support after school hours providing high quality sports clubs and creative clubs that run for one hour after school helping support parents who require the additional childcare as well as helping all the children at our clubs achieve their daily government target of one hours exercise per day. Our simple and easy booking system will make clubs easy to run with us being able to remove all of the admin including managing registers, payments and refunds.

We can also help support your school by teaching your year 5 & 6 school sports teams as well as attending matches & tournaments as the manager of the team.
ACTIVITY DAYS
WOW DAYS
Our WOW Days are made up of huge variety of activities all created to have as much fun as possible. Click on the button below to view our current WOW Day leaflet and the activities we are offering, please note some of the activities are for certain age groups.
These days work really well as Healthy Living Days and as alternatives to Year 6 children that don’t attend their leavers trips in the Summer Term. Our WOW Days book up very quickly so make sure you book them in early to avoid disappointment!
SPORTS DAYS
Super Star Sport West London can take away all the stress and time that comes with organising a Sports Day. We can organise a bespoke Sports Day for your school to ensure you have a stress-free, action-packed day that your children, parents and staff will remember.
We can fit in with your schools’ requirements and discuss a variety of events, groups and sizes, level of competition, event layout and duration of the event to ensure that all areas of your schools Sports Day are covered. We are also able to record all scores and provide a mini award ceremony at the end of the event including medals as part of our package if your school requires this.
INTER-SCHOOL TOURNAMENTS
Our Inter-School competitions are a fantastic way to take your School House and Team competitions to the next level. Our competitions are a great way to introduce fun and competitive games for them to play in and compete against their friends with points, rewards and targets offered as incentives to take part. These competitions can be made up of a variety of sports and games including Football, Netball and Athletics.
