At Super Star Sport West London we are proud to introduce our fantastic tots programme based around children from 2yrs-7yrs old.
These FUN football sessions are for children looking to take part in regular football sessions, develop and improve their basic football skills and as they move up the age groups to introduce them to match play.
Our main aim with all our tots sessions is to help develop a positive and lifelong relationship with sport and exercise and we believe we have created a fantastic programme that helps support this throughout our sessions
Subscriptions and how to book
Little Stars 2yrs - 3.5 yrs
Introduction to structured, coach led sessions whilst in a group of children of similar ages.
Improving key skills your child will use throughout their lives such as co-ordination, spatial awareness and gross-fine motor skills.
Lots of fun and active games that involve running around, basics of kicking the ball and interacting with children of similar ages.
Practising children’s counting shapes and colours in a fun and active way.
Learning key differences between big kicks (shooting) and little kicks (dribbling) and the different parts of our feet we use to do these differently.
Shooting Stars 3yrs - 5yrs
Introduction to basic football drills involving shooting, dribbling, tackling, goalkeeping and passing.
Introducing some partner drills or small group games to help develop team work and the children’s understanding of space.
Fun based games that help improve speed, agility, coordination and balance
Continued development of key skills your child will use throughout their lives such as balance, spatial awareness and social skills
All Stars 5yrs - 8yrs
Introduction to team based attacking and defending tactics and drills.
Understanding the basic rules of football to work towards match play
Learning how to work as a team in a match and try some of the different positions in a football team
Introducing set pieces eg. throw ins, corners, goal kicks, free kicks.
Developing sportsmanship and a positive sporting mentality that’s not just based on winning.
